Old Metairie, LA · Jefferson Parish
Four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms across three floors. Two garages and an entertaining area with an indoor-outdoor kitchen occupy the first floor.
Warehouse District · New Orleans, LA · Orleans Parish
A 2017 kitchen, bathroom, and dining-room renovation opened the restaurant around a double-sided central bar. A front gallery was followed by the Girod Street expansion in 2020.
Meraux, LA · St. Bernard Parish
Replacement cabinetry, new countertops, and an updated tile backsplash brought dark and light finishes together in this Meraux kitchen.
Covington, LA · St. Tammany Parish
At a raised home in Covington near the Tchefuncte River, BPM replaced the weathered porch and stairs, added a covered roof structure, and updated decking and railings.
Luling, LA · St. Charles Parish
A wood island connects the renovated kitchen to the living area. Wood ceiling details and a covered patio carry the warmth throughout the home.

BPM built this new home in The Sanctuary in Mandeville. Brick, stucco, a covered front entrance, and an attached garage define the exterior.
